🔹 WP1 – Project Management and Coordination

📌 Objective: Ensure smooth execution, risk management, and compliance with project objectives.

  • Oversee overall project coordination and communication among partners.
  • Monitor progress, ensuring alignment with EU regulations (CRMA & Green Deal).
  • Manage financial and administrative aspects, including risk assessment and contingency planning.

  • Design and implement a geospatial database to map CRM potential in mining waste.
  • Develop a user-friendly web platform and mobile application for data collection and visualization.
  • Ensure compliance with European data standards, integrating open-source technologies.

🔹 WP3 – AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for CRM Data Processing

📌 Objective: Implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate data analysis and CRM classification.

  • Develop AI-powered reporting tools for assessing CRM recovery potential.
  • Train Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate automated insights and recommendations.
  • Implement an AI-driven classification system for CRM resources based on the United Nations Framework (UNFC).
